Galigent is an AI-powered learning platform designed to support students, parents, teachers, and schools through curriculum-aligned learning content, personalized instruction, assessment, and learning intelligence.

The services and features available through Galigent may change over time as we develop and improve the platform.

Some Galigent services may require you to create an account or receive an invitation from Galigent or a participating school.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information when creating or using an account
• Keep your account credentials secure
• Not share your account with unauthorized individuals
• Notify us if you become aware of unauthorized access to your account
• Use the services only for lawful purposes

Where an account is created for a student, the account may be created or managed by a parent, guardian, school, or other authorized person, as applicable.

Galigent is designed to support learning and is not intended to replace parents, teachers, schools, or other qualified educational professionals.

Galigent’s recommendations, explanations, assessments, and AI-generated responses are intended as educational assistance. They should not be treated as an absolute determination of a student’s knowledge, ability, academic performance, or future outcomes.

Parents, teachers, and schools remain responsible for appropriate supervision and educational decisions concerning students.

Galigent uses artificial intelligence to provide features such as personalized instruction, explanations, questions, hints, recommendations, assessment, and learning insights.

AI-generated content may occasionally contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies.

You should use appropriate judgement when relying on AI-generated information, particularly where accuracy is important.

We continuously work to improve the quality, reliability, and safety of our AI-powered services, but we do not guarantee that every AI-generated response will always be accurate or complete.

You agree not to:

• Use Galigent for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform or another user’s account
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation or security of the services
• Copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, or commercially exploit Galigent’s content or services without permission
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the underlying software, models, or systems, except where permitted by applicable law
• Upload malicious software or other harmful material
• Misrepresent your identity or authority
• Use Galigent to violate the rights of others

We may restrict or suspend access where we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated or where necessary to protect the platform, users, or others.

The Galigent platform may contain educational content, text, illustrations, diagrams, questions, explanations, assessments, software, interfaces, trademarks, and other materials.

Unless otherwise stated, these materials are owned by or licensed to Clay Orange Enterprises and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Your access to Galigent does not transfer ownership of any Galigent content or intellectual property to you.

You may use the content only for the purposes permitted through the services.

You may provide information, questions, responses, feedback, or other content when using Galigent.

You retain ownership of content that you have the right to provide.

By submitting content to Galigent, you grant us the rights reasonably necessary to store, process, display, and use that content to provide and improve the relevant services, subject to our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights and permissions to submit content to Galigent.

Where Galigent is provided through a school or other organization, additional terms may apply to the relationship between Galigent and that organization.

The organization may establish rules concerning student access, accounts, content, and use of the services.

Where applicable, these organizational terms may take precedence over individual arrangements concerning the same services.

We aim to keep Galigent available and reliable, but we do not guarantee that the services will always be:

• Available without interruption
• Free from errors
• Free from security vulnerabilities
• Compatible with every device or software environment

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features or services from time to time, including for maintenance, security, technical, or business reasons.

Galigent may rely on or integrate with third-party services, including hosting, authentication, communications, AI, analytics, payment, or other technology providers.

Your use of a third-party service may also be subject to that provider’s terms and policies.

We are not responsible for the independent operation or policies of third-party services.

Certain Galigent services may be offered free of charge, while other services may require payment.

Where payment is required, the applicable pricing, billing terms, renewal terms, and cancellation conditions will be presented before purchase.

Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or expressly stated in the applicable purchase terms.

Your use of Galigent is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect personal data.

The Privacy Policy forms part of these Terms.

All rights, title, and interest in Galigent’s software, platform, branding, design, educational materials, technology, and other proprietary materials remain with Clay Orange Enterprises or the applicable rights holder.

Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of Galigent’s intellectual property.

The Galigent name, logo, and related branding may not be used without our prior written permission.

Galigent is provided as an educational technology service.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not guarantee that use of Galigent will result in any particular academic performance, examination result, grade, admission, or other educational outcome.

We also do not guarantee that information provided through the platform will always be complete, current, or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Clay Orange Enterprises will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of Galigent.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

You may stop using Galigent at any time.

We may suspend or terminate access to an account or service where:

• These Terms are violated
• The account is used unlawfully or abusively
• There is a security or safety concern
• Required by law
• The relevant service is discontinued

Where appropriate, we will provide reasonable notice before terminating access.

Certain provisions of these Terms, including those relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and applicable law, may continue after termination.

We may update these Terms when we introduce new services, change existing services, or when legal or operational requirements change.

The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised Last Updated date.

Where required by law, we will provide additional notice or obtain any required consent.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

Subject to applicable law, disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the use of Galigent will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts having appropriate jurisdiction over Kolkata, West Bengal, India.
